Fenton Glass Jadeite Jade Green Satin "Feathers Trio" Birds Hippo Hippopotamus Figurine

Here's a charming jadeite or jade green satin glass hippo figurine made from the original Fenton Glass mold by Mosser Glass, a small family run business in Ohio that is well known for their high quality art glass. It was hand painted and offered as a limited edition, gift shop exclusive and only 41 were made in this design. The design is called "Feather Trio" and features three colorful baby birds perched on a branch on the front with several green leaf accents throughout. The hippo is lightly airbrushed in a brighter lime green has a sweet expression with pretty blue eyes, long lashes and rosy cheeks. It stands approximately 3" tall by 2.5" wide and is in great condition with no chips, cracks or damage. It is signed, numbered and dated by Fenton artist and designer, M. Kibbe. It would make a fabulous gift for your favorite hippo lover or yourself!
